The product is new developed silicone oil. It can be in any proportion miscible with mineral oil, has good lubricating properties, oil solubility, Wear resistance and anti-foaming, anti-sticking properties. Good lubricating properties and release properties. As water emulsion release agent with good release properties, having no inluence to post-processing (paintable, printable) properties.

Applications: 

It can be used as release agent for thermal molding process plastic, rubber, PU products. Plastics, rubber, PU products after being released of this product can be printed, evaporated, hot-pressed and painted on it's surface.

Packing: 

Packaging specification are 25Kg, 50Kg plastic drum or according to user requirements.

Storage and transportation:  

5 ~ 30 ℃ sealed storage, avoiding  heat and freezing in transportation and storage, the shelf life of 6 months.
