Technical instructions:

10101 can be used for mold releasing of compounding solvent-based silicone and wax. It is mainly used for insulation materials, decoration materials, automotive collision parts, furniture, models, hangers, plastic substitutes and so on. 

Advantages:

In these applications, 10101 has the following advantages: 

It is easy to use, and have efficient mold released properties, the object that are released have good surface gloss, and the surface of the mold have good adhesion, thermal stability. So it is easy to clean mold and there is substantially no blocking.

Appearance :  Milky white liquid

Odor :  Very slight odor

Diluent :   Petroleum solvent, aromatic hydrocarbons

Using process: 

Release agent: mold should be completely clean, degreased, and dried. If possible, it is better to be heated above 30 ℃. 10101 should be diluted about the ratio of 1: 8-1: 20 in a solvent or solvent mixture and should be used through the brush, cotton or gun application. The frequency of usage is based on the complexity of the mold and the molding material (usually once for every two).

40KG/150KG , be packaged by containers.      

Storage and storage:

be stored at -20 ℃ to +50℃ in sealed original containers. The valid period of 10101 standard is 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Please refer to the storage recommendations and expiry date on the package. You must stir it before using.
