10901 applicable to all kinds of natural rubber and synthetic rubber molding, have good release properties, can do back printing processing, the dilution ratio of the product to water=1: 50-100, when the rubber vulcanization can be partially diluted 1:150-200.

How to use?

1. clean the mold.

2.  10901 dilution was uniformly coated on the mold using a spray gun.

3. dry the surface of the mold release agent at the operating temperature.

4. cover the glue.

5. molding.

6. release.

During the process, if release effect decreased, spraying 10901 dilution.
