11201 can be used for molding a variety of rubber and silicone rubber with good release effect, used in organic fluorine and the active ingredients of the surface.

Advantages:

a. the good property of releasing.

b. Molds is not easy to be contaminated, will reduces mold cleaning times.

c. Reduce the defect rates of the moldings.

d. Dry coating film , and is not attached to the finished product.

e. The coating film is thin. It is not retained in the Molds blind angle.

Using process:

a. Cleaning the mold,

b. coat 11201 on the mold uniformly with a spray gun or others.

c. Drying the mold at operating temperature for 2 to 3 minutes.

d. Coat again according to steps a-c.

e. Molding.

f.  Release.

If you feel that the release property is decreased during the process, spray 11201 diluent.
