10701 release agent is compounded by a variety of silicones. It has high solid content, and is mainly used for the separation of the PU elastomer resin during molding and curing. It has good release properties. It is used in the PU elastomers, integral skin, shoes, car shock absorbers and other PU product parts.

Appearance:                         colorless transparent liquid

Active substance content:   100%

density (20ºC):                     approx. 0.99g/cm3

Viscosity (40ºC):                   approx. 500-700 cSt

Features:

No organic solvent, such as alkyl phenols and amines, It reduce the evaporation of harmful gases in the progress of usages.

Very slight release agent accumulation in the mold.

The performance is superior When it releases at the high temperature, and the best temperature is 50-180℃.

It has good compatibility meeting other raw materials (wax, emulsifiers, organic fluorine, etc.) 

You can brush or spray at the operation.

It should be diluted with 20-30 times solvent in advance. Choose reasonable dilution factor according to the size of the gun caliber.
