Unsaturated resin release agent 55-NC

55-NC is another type of 44-NC with fast evaporation and low odor. The main ingredients of 55-NC is similar to 44-NC.Eexcept that there is a litter solvent changed. 55-NC is your best choice under the application that requires the release agent not to transfer to the surface of the article. This semi-permanent release agent that has non-transfer and the surface of Molds forms a coating layer by a chemical bond, which is stable under most molding temperature conditions. 55-NC can be used for these materials:Epoxy resins, unsaturated polyester resins, thermoplastics, adhesives and plastics rotational molding.

Unsaturated resin release agent 55-NC
Introductions:

55-NC is another type of 44-NC with fast evaporation and low odor. The main ingredients of 55-NC is similar to ZINCA 44-NC. Eexcept that there is a litter solvent changed.

Mold preparation:

To make sure the best use results of 55-NC, ensure that molds surface is clean, dry and free of any release agent residues and contaminants. You can use fine industrial abrasives to handle thick resin fouling.

New moldings:

We recommend that the new mold be fully cured, in order to ensure good bonding effect mold release agents and mold surface. For fiberglass molds prior, ensure that it is fully cured according to the mold material supplier's recommendations.

note:For porous or repaired Molds, Sealer should be used ---refer to its Technical Information. If necessary, ask technical representative for support.

Instructions:* Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet Before using *

55-NC can be applied to the surface of the mold by spraying, brushing or Wiping by towels that are and have no scrap under the conditions of room temperature to 60 ℃. Ensure dry air source or use airless system at the progress of spraying. Ensure the construction is at a well-ventilated place.

1. Forming a thin and wet coating on the surface of molds. Avoid working at area where is wiping or sprayed just now, and wait until the Solvent Completely volatilized. We recommend spraying nozzle are away from the mold surface for 20-750px (8-10 inches). It is better to spray from side to side.

2. Coated 2-3 Road, the interval between each channel  needs 5 minutes to evaporate the solvent.

3. The last coating should be cured for 30 minutes at room temperature or cured at 100-150 ° C for 5 minutes.

4. When the mold surface adapted to ZINCA, it will be the best result. If fill the mold after several Release time , there will be better.

5. When difficulties arise at the progress of release, you can select to cover the entire Molds again, or only fix the difficult places. once in Release to fix difficult places.

Remark:The progress of filling the mold will be better before the unspoiled, this can increase the efficiency and reduce Release resin fouling possible.

note:When it is used for closing mold processes (such as rotational molding), Make sure the complete evaporation of the solvent and to ensure that all of the solvent vapor discharge cavity before clamping. It is available to assist exhaust by oil-free compressed air.

Flammability and storage

NC contains flammable solvents. The product should be used in well-ventilated areas. And stored in a cool, dry place.
