PU shoes release agent 1400 series

1401 release agent is compounded by a variety of silicone. It is the concentrated product with high solid content. It is mainly used for separating the upper and lower lid of the general PU sole during molding. It has good strippability.

1402 belongs to matte release agent products. It is used for connected upper shoes, Safety shoes, and sports shoes. We recommended the usage on high-grade matte single and double density soles. It can be subdivided into a polyether, polyester, single density and double-density, silicon or Non-silicone.

Physical properties:

Appearance: Colorless or slightly transparent liquid

Active substance content: 50-100%

Density (20 ºC): approx 0.87-0.99g/cm3

Viscosity (40 ºC): approx 100-700 cSt

Features:

It does not contain harmful solvents, such as alkyl phenols, amines, plasticizers. It reduce the evaporation of harmful gases in the progress of usage.

Very slight release agent accumulation in the mold.

The performance is superior When it releases at the high temperature, and the best temperature is 30-80℃.

It has good compatibility meeting other raw materials (wax, emulsifiers, organic fluorine, etc.) 

You can brush or spray at the operation.

It should be diluted with 20-40 times solvent in advance. Choose reasonable dilution factor according to the size of the gun caliber.
