Properties and Applications

This product is the fermentation industry-specific self-emulsifying silicone defoamers. Effective content 60%, can be directly diluted with water to the desired concentration.

This product features:
defoaming fast long foam inhibition time, especially suitable for bubble enemy (GPE or PPE) more sensitive to toxic bacteria fermentation process, can greatly improve the yield, improve product quality, reduce costs and reduce waste.

This product has good heat resistance and acid and alkali resistance and chemical stability, over a wide temperature range are widely used in a variety of harsh bubble elimination and suppression systems. For high temperature, high pH or shear conditions continue to maintain defoaming activity occasions.

Antifoaming case reference concentration of 50ppm ~ 500ppm. Due to different types of foaming liquid and the conditions of use, the most suitable amount is determined by prior experiment.
