Foaming reason:

In the process of desulfurization unit runs, may lead to the absorber slurry foaming resulting in absorber overflow due to some factors. These factors may be:

(1) Excessive  import flue gas dust, if contains a lot of impurities of inert material.

(2) the coal quality is bad, insufficient boiler combustion flue gas oil or boiler for oil imports.

(3) the limestone containing excessive MgO style, excessive MgO style not only affects desulfurization efficiency and will react with sulfuric acid root ion.

(4) the heavy metals in the absorber slurry increases surface tension increased serum.
(5) in addition, we should pay attention to the desulfurization system process of water quality parameters to be within the range of design, otherwise it will lead to the absorber slurry foaming. Absorber slurry foaming seriously affect the operation process and the desulfurization efficiency as well as the scene environment.

Application method:

(1)can be diluted or concentrate additive, in order to the accuracy of dosing, generally adopts dilution dosing, with foam fluid or tap water dilute after 5 to 10 times add, diluent should be used within 24 hours.

(2) adding the computing: general defoaming agent adding quantity in 1-5%, in the case of normal operation, on the basis of grout quantity. Additive this product for the first time, should be a one-off impact type dosing, and then once every 24 hours, but actual dosing quantity, and the composition of the defoaming, the smoke gas, coal quality components and combustion condition, absorbent, sulfur dioxide. Use the unit could be finally confirmed according to actual condition.

(3) in the process of continuous joining process, calculate the pump to join, one to join in the batch process.

Packaging and shipping:
