Description: HCR 160 U is a silicone master-batch, vulcanizing under heat after addition of a vulcanizing agent (chosen according to the transformation procedure).
Applications:
General purpose extrusion material: profiles, gasket and tubing.
Compression and injection moulding to manufacture high transparent or bright colored parts featuring good mechanical properties.
Special properties:
No milling or quick milling after long storage
Easy processing in milling, extrusion and moulding
No post-cure or slight post-cure
High transparency
Good heat stability, up to 200℃
High level of filler acceptance
Bright colors easily obtained with Bluestar Silicones SC color bases
Good mechanical and electrical properties
Blendable with other master-batches and additives.
