    The packaging method of adding molding potting adhesive is generally divided into A, B two components for packaging: catalyst and organic silicon polymer containing vinyl energy group as A component;Hydrogen - containing polysiloxane crosslinking agent as another component.The mixing ratio is generally carried out according to A: B= 1:1, and the ambient temperature has A certain influence on the application period of the operation after mixing.When the ambient temperature is higher, the reaction speed is faster and the operation period is shortened.


    The vulcanization reaction takes place at room temperature or under heating.No by-products are released.Because the low molecular matter is not released in the process of crosslinking, the added silicone rubber does not shrink in the vulcanization process.This kind of vulcanized rubber has the advantages of non-toxic, high mechanical strength, excellent hydrolysis resistance stability (even under high pressure steam), good low compression deformation, low combustion, deep vulcanization, and vulcanization speed can be controlled by temperature, etc., so it is a kind of silicone rubber developed strongly at home and abroad.


    The two component additive potting adhesive can be divided into elastic silicone gel and silicone rubber, the former has lower strength, the latter has higher strength.Their vulcanization mechanism is based on the vinyl group (or propylene group) on the organic silicone rubber end group and the silohydrogen group on the crosslinking agent molecule addition reaction (hydrosilication reaction) to complete.In this reaction, polysiloxane containing hydride functions is used as a crosslinking agent and chloroplatinic acid or other soluble platinum compounds are used as catalysts.


    Precautions for use:


    ① When molding potting adhesive comes into contact with sulfur, sulfide and rubber materials containing sulfur, amine compounds and materials containing amine, organotin compounds and silicone rubber containing organotin and other materials, potting adhesive will not be cured.


    ② When stored for a period of time and then taken out for use, the glue will be stratified, but it is ok to stir evenly before use, without affecting the performance of the glue.


    The glue should be sealed, when the need to use how much glue is mixed, do not mix too much, to avoid waste.


    ④ This product is non-dangerous goods, but do not enter and eyes.
