    According to the different forms of organic silicon materials, they can be divided into: silane coupling agent (organic silicification reagent), silicone oil (silicone grease, silicon emulsion, silicon surfactant), high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, liquid silicone rubber, silicone resin, complex, etc..

    Silane coupling agent class

    Silane coupling agent is generally applied in three ways:

    One is as a surface treatment agent for skeleton materials;Two is added to the adhesive, three is directly added to the polymer material.From the perspective of giving full play to its efficiency and reducing costs, the former two methods are better.

    The application of silane coupling agent can be roughly summarized into three aspects:

    1, used for the surface treatment of glass fiber, can improve the bonding performance of glass fiber and resin, greatly improve the strength, electrical, water resistance, weather resistance and other properties of glass fiber reinforced composite materials, even in the wet state, it improves the mechanical properties of composite materials, the effect is also very significant.The use of silane coupling agent in glass fiber has been quite common, for this aspect of silane coupling agent accounts for about 50% of the total consumption, among which the more used varieties are vinyl silane, amino silane, methylacryloxy silane and so on.

    2, used for inorganic filler filling plastic.Fillers can be surface treated in advance or directly added to the resin.It can improve the dispersity and adhesion of filler in resin, improve the process performance and improve the mechanical, electrical and weather resistance properties of filled plastics (including rubber).

    3, used as sealant, adhesives and coatings of adhesives, can improve their bonding strength, water resistance, weather resistance and other properties.Silane coupling agent can solve the problem that some materials cannot be bonded for a long time.

    Bioactive silicone

    Silicones, which can be fully absorbed by organisms, are found in plants, such as wheat, oats and other grains, and by far the highest concentrations have been found in verbena (Equisetumarvense).So far, only some developed countries such as France have mastered the extraction technology of organic silicon with high purity liquid biological absorption and utilization.

    Silicone oil

    Silicone oil is a kind of polyorganosiloxane with chain structure of different polymerization degree.The most commonly used silicone oil is methyl silicone.Silicone oil is generally colorless (or light yellow), tasteless, non-toxic, non-volatile liquid.Silicone oil is insoluble in water, methanol, diol and -ethoxy ethanol, and can be mutually soluble with benzene, dimethyl ether, methyl ethyl ketone, carbon tetrachloride or kerosene, slightly soluble in acetone, dioxane, ethanol and alcohol.It has very small vapor pressure, high flash point and flash point, low freezing point.As the number of chain segments n is different, the molecular weight increases, the viscosity also increases, the solid silicone oil can have different viscosity.According to the chemical structure of silicone oil is divided into methyl silicone oil, ethyl silicone oil, phenyl silicone oil, methyl hydrogen silicone oil, methyl phenyl silicone oil, methyl chlorophenyl silicone oil, methyl ethoxy silicone oil, methyl trifluoropropyl silicone oil, methyl vinyl silicone oil, methyl hydroxyl silicone oil, ethyl hydrogen silicone oil, hydroxyl hydrogen silicone oil, cyanide silicone oil, etc.;

    From the point of use, there are damping silicone oil, diffusion pump silicone oil, hydraulic oil, insulation oil, heat transfer oil, brake oil and so on.Silicone oil has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, weather resistance, hydrophobicity, physiological inertia and small surface tension, in addition to the low viscosity temperature coefficient, high compressive resistance) some varieties also have radiation resistance.

    Silicone emulsion (is a form of silicone oil) mainly consists of silicone oil fabric soft finishing agent;Silicone oil emulsion defoaming agent: silicone defoaming agent is the most widely used, the largest amount of a defoaming agent.
