  1. Mold type processing, tools and materials preparation

  The mold must be intact and polished.The silica gel materials, containers, mixing tools, etc. to be used are ready.

  2. Fix the mold type on the board with hot melt glue or 502 glue, and surround it with cardboard.

  3 spray release agent, release agent selection: vaseline, oil release agent, detergent water, soapy water.

  4. Mixing ratio of A and B components

  Use electronic scales to accurately weigh silica gel and curing agent, such as 100 grams of silica gel, add 2-3 grams of curing agent, silica gel and curing agent stir evenly, the appearance of mold silica gel is flowing liquid, A component is silica gel, B component is curing agent.

  5. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Note: Silica gel and curing agent must be stirred evenly.

  6. Vacuumize and exhaust bubbles

  Silicone and curing agent after mixing evenly, vacuum exhaust bubble link, vacuumizing time shoulds not be too long, under normal circumstances, not more than ten minutes, vacuum time is too long, the silicone will produce the crosslinking reaction, make the silicone piece by piece, can't be perfusion or besmear to brush, thus wasting the silica gel, only put the silica gel in the trash, the silica gel to do again,Note: if there is no vacuum machine, this step is omitted.   7. Silica gel is poured into the surrounding frame until self-leveling.
