Foaming silica gel is a two-component heating vulcanized silicone rubber, white or skin color oily liquid, vulcanized into a soft elastic material, foaming volume is the original 3-4 accompany; It can make flexible silicone rubber products such as human body, insole, shoulder pad, patch, anti-slip pad and so on.

Liquid foaming silicone under - 65 ℃ to 200 ℃ temperature range can be use for a long time and keep its soft and elastic performance, environmental non-toxic, certified by SGS environmental protection non-toxic, with excellent electric properties and chemical stability, water resistance, ozone resistance, weathering resistance, no corrosion, has a physiological inertia, avirulent insipidity, line shrinkage rate is low, easy to operate, etc.

Detailed features of foamed silica gel:

    1. High foaming ratio;Foaming uniformity, good stability

    2. Non-toxic, non-corrosive, chemically inert

    3. The foam aperture is small, uniform and fine

    4. Light weight, elastic, feel good

    5. No migration occurs

Operation of foamed silicone pay attention to details:

    1. Stir raw materials thoroughly before use to avoid uneven distribution of some raw materials caused by storage.

    2. Mix the curing agent and raw materials in a certain proportion, and stir for 2-3 minutes to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed.

    3. The mixed product should be vacuumed and used as soon as possible to avoid the solidification phenomenon affecting the normal operation of production.

    4. The ratio of curing agent is recommended: raw material =1:1, curing temperature: 120℃, curing time: 13 ~ 20 min.

    5. Where the equipment, containers and other articles in contact with liquid silica gel must be clean, avoid contact with phosphorus (P), nitrogen (N), sulfur (S) compounds and metal organic matter, otherwise the product catalyst failure, not vulcanization phenomenon.

Foamed silica gel do not contact with any other condensed silica gel, otherwise it will cause curing agent poisoning, resulting in silica gel will not cure.

Water, impurities, organotin catalyst, acid, alkali and other organic matter containing sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen can affect the curing of the glue, can not be mixed or contact with these substances when using.
